Television:

tv is the devil. everything on discovery, discovery times, national geographic, history or the science channels (i'm a nerd!).

Books:

anatomy of the spirit, the spiritual path: buddha, zen, tao & tantra, the encyclopedia of serial killers.

Heroes:

my family, and friends. i love them. couldn't live w/out them.
