ACCOLADE was founded in 2006 by opera singer Stefanie Renee and multi-instrumentalist Aaron 8 (previously of San Francisco bands Dionysia, Lurid Bliss, and Lucid.) Accolade encompasses many musical genres including Gothic Rock, Ethereal, Renaissance, Circus, Tribal and Classical with a unique sense of style. The instrumentation includes antique organ, electric and acoustic guitars, keyboards, samples, piano, and percussion. Stefanie's stratospheric, angelic vocals soar delicately above the organic structure of the dark and enchanting accompaniment.
