About Me

Gwynn is by far no amatur to the music seen. Starting at the tender age of 5 winning talent shows and singing in the church choir, she knew early on that this was what she was meant to do. Attending performing school since elementary she has been trained in her craft. Later, at the age of 17 recording her first major song then, video to follow (age 18). Gywnn knew this was the start of her purpose. Going to co-star in plays such as "Listen to your women" along side noted actors and singers such as; Johnny Gill, Ralph Tresvant, and Hawthorn James. Gwynn also played a key roll in the girl group "PreZence". Now by herself she is ready to take the world by storm....

Influences: I think that a true lover of music is influenced by alot of artist of all different backgrounds. I am a lover of Neo-soul (Jill Scott, Ms. Badu, Dwele, Musiq, Angie Stone and Bilal) to Hip-Hop (Common, Mos Def, Talib Q, and Q-Tip) to the Legends of Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khun, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, can't miss Miss Patti,Stevie Wonder, Prince, and Judy Garland to Modern day R & B John Legend,Kelly Price, Fantasia, Ne-yo, & BEYONCE (of course)....to the POP artistary of Justin, Maroon 5, Christina, and Kelly...I just love the sound of music. I think it tells the story of Life.... I am just glad to be apart of it...

American Idol Auditions...

Okay guys, so I went to Miami (currently still here) and tried out for Idol. I got up at 3:30 am to make sure that both Nina and I was there on time at 5. We get in the car and head to Idol, only...

The night before "AMERICAN IDOL" Tryouts...

The day is here, all of the rehearing and grinding comes up to this moment. I have to get up at 4 am so that I will make it there by 5 and be one of the many that I saw on Monday for registration...
