I have been writing for many years, in particular screenwriting, poetry and lyrics, and most recently, a sci-fi novel, “Alysa of the Fields – Book One in the Tellings of Xunar-kunâ€, for young adults and up. This is a very uplifting story for both girls and boys; adults really like it, too, so there is a broad audience for the story.
I finished Book Two in early May. Yea! Publication is expected in December - any day now!
Digital illustration is also one of my favorite creative activities and in addition illustrated the novel’s cover, interior illustrations and full-color companion pieces. Before I wrote the novel, I completed a children’s picture book called “Snailsworth, a slow little story†which is currently available from me.I would consider options to publish/produce/gain representation for either book, but primarily the novel.
