This is my 6th year living in Chicago and I love it! I'm originally a West Coast girl, Portland, OR to be exact. I'm a professional contemporary ballet dancer with Luna Negra Dance Theater. Previous to that, I was an apprentice with the Joffrey Ballet for a year and a half. That wasn't for me but I met a lot of great people some of which are my best friends today. Dance is my life right now and I absolutely love what I do. However, the way the injuries are going, my career probably won't make it past 30. After dance, my next obsession is fashion. I'm a bit of a shopoholic only because I love looking fierce! So maybe after I'm done dancing, I'll open up a boutique. Maybe vintage, sounds cute right? We'll see.
