Stefan Huth is a unique Multi-Instrumentalist. At the age of six he began playing the piano and went through several metal and rock groups since he became 16 years old. In 2000 he began playing an Instument called a "TAP GUITAR". A tap guitar is a kind of mixture between bass and guitar exclusively played with the so called tapping technique. Since 2000 Stefan is trying to develop the two handed tapping style also on normal basses and guitars.
In 2006 he played in a group called YATRA together with Ex-Nina Hagen Band guitarrist Peter Kühnel and a unique international lineup. He learned a lot about indian music, those ragas an rhythms and imitated those styles on the tap guitar.
Since 2007 Stefan is playing with a band called LOOP STRING PROJECT together with violinist Alexander Meyen and Amal Kachapilly on Tabla. The music is a mixture between world music, progressive and art rock, fusion and classical music.
