INGLES:SPYRAL-ORBEET:JUAN CARLOS CORTES (DJ Spyral):Started his career as a DJ ten years ago mixing the 90’s pop music with the electronic music of the 70’s and 80’s. Along these years as a DJ, Spyral has played his music in clubs alternating with well known artists in this field such as Hernan Cattaneo, DJ Klang, Ramiro Puente, Martin Parra and Yamina C4 among others. He graduated from G. Martell University of Music (Mexico DF) as a Sound Engineer – Disc Jockey and Producer of Electronic Music. He has worked also in the organization of several festivals and events related to this type of music. In 2002 along with his personal friend Esteban Howell, Spyral accomplished his first work in Central America known as Spyral & Howell. This work has had a good acceptance in the field of electronic Music in Latin America. At the present time Spyral is working in the production of his original music under the name of Spyral-Orbeet. The tracks of this CD have been mixed by famous DJ’s such as Sandra Collins and Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed & Voyager among others. Dentro de su experiencia como dj ha tocado en clubes en Mexico, Costa Rica, y U.S.A y ha alternado los tornamesas con fuguras como: Hernan Cattaneo, Dj Klang, Ramiro Puente, Martin Parra y Yamina C4, entre otros. Graduado de la Universidad de la Musica G.Martell (Mexico) como Ingeniero de Sonido, Disc Jockey y Productor de Musica Electronica., ha trabajado tambien en la organizacion de varios eventos de musica electronica en Latinoamerica. En el 2002 junto a su dj amigo Esteban Howell forman el primer proyecto dj versus set en centroamerica bajo el nombre de Spyral & Howell, proyecto que tiene gran aceptacion en la escena de la musica electronica en Latinoamerica. Actalmente Spyral trabaja en la produccion de su musica original bajo su proyecto llamado Spyral-Orbeet. Sus tracks han sido mezclados por dj's como: Sandra Collins, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed & Voyager, entre otros. En el 2004, su primer single "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", fue editado en la recopilacion "Love Parade Mexico" (BMG Records), y en el 2006 el segundo sample de su disco "The Center of Everything" fue lanzado por John Digweed y Voyager, en la edicion del podcast "Transitions" (No. 5).
