I am a man.
But I am also an animal.
New York's not a bad place to live.
But in a way I regret leaving the city I moved here from.
And Paris is definitely my favourite of the three.
I am prone to self loathing.
I suffer from an extreme inferiority complex.
And I have recurring nightmares.
But none of that stops me from being curious...
...about the causes of things.
I was tired of people telling me what was right and wrong.
Especially when they didn't know any better than I did.
One thing I was certain of was that I wanted to figure things out my way.
So I made a decision to set out on my own.
And try to gain a greater understanding of truth.
I'd like to think I've learned a few things along the way.
The world can be an awfully cruel place.
And things never seem to get any easier.
Each of us is as alone as the next person.
And while there's no quick fix to any of this...
Love is one of the only things that definitely helps.
Too bad the word itself has become so cheap.
