Untamed is a rap group from Killeen, TX that has been in the rap game as a group for 8 plus years independently. The group consists of members Kev-D, Cat, and Rob-D. Without any label support Untamed has appeared on mixtapes with names such as Fat B., Lil Ronnie, and Double T from DSR, Paul Wall, Slim Thug, Kiotti, Ryno, Magno, Young Twinn and many others. These young artists have sold thousands upon thousands of mixtapes in their schools and locally. Group members’ recall going off to school then hitting the streets up and returning home dumping backpacks of money on their mattress. From doing shows from Killeen to Dallas and all over Texas, Untamed has been known to rock crowds with their versatile rap style and their off the chart energy. Fans and their peers say that “it is amazing how they have not changed due to their success”, but that just lets people know the state of mind of Untamed “Keeping it 100% no matter what”. By doing that they have gained much respect all over the underground music scene and their hometown, while most artist forget or are no longer allowed in their so-called areas.
