ni chinpira- or 2 chinpira, means 2 punks, hoodlums etc. in poorly translated Japanese. It should technically be futari no chinpira, but we liked the sound of ni chinpira better so call off all your yakuza grammar policeman.
it is basically a new chapter in the adventures of David Lynch's Cow which was more acoustic. this is not.
