In tight circles, at clubs and larger venues, he's known simply as
"Priest". He's performed in several countries all over the world, but
has found his home in Los Angeles. Priest has been expressing his raw
emotion the best way he knows how - by mixing music for over a decade.
He can mix anything from Drum n bass to breaks to dub step, etc…
During his shows he gets sucked into his zone, grabbing, twisting and
manipulating clusters of knobs and faders, all choreographed to follow
his momentary path of attack.
In 1997, he moved to Japan, where he lived for almost 4 years, making several trips to Guam, Singapore, and Thailand where he performed at many renowned clubs such as Club Asia, VRAS, Gun Beach, Club NOX, plus many others.
Obsessed with discovering and exposing new music upon returning to San Diego, he joined up with the former 45PSI, Chris Lakey (MC XYZ), and S. Morris to build what became San Diego's most prestigious Drum N Bass event "The Rapture". Since than Priest joined forces with L.A.s own Almost Famous Crew. This Crew has been known for rocking L.A.s underground scene for years. Priest continues bringing it non stop with new and innovative ideas and projects.Priest has DJ'd in numerous clubs: in Japan at Club Asia, VRAS, Funky Stuff, Cross On, Yokohama Bay Hall, Pylon (Digital), Le Freak, and B.B.C.; in Guam at Gun Beach, Luna, and Ground Zero; in Singapore at Club NOX; in Florida at WMC 2006; in Boulder at Jungle Bums; in California at Nocturnal Wonderland, Funktion/Bassrush, Respect, I Love LA, The Rapture, Red C Lounge, The Trona Pinnacles, Remember (Monkey-do Desert), The Loft, Underground LA Art Gallery Events, Level, Muse, Deep, Process, Search, Uprising, Reaction, Babylon, Summer Bassex, Shoalin Sushi, Drumfoundead, Jungletrain.net, The Hole, Canes (Liquid Lounge), Tivoli's, several art shows, the Puma concept store, Bring Your Own, Brick by Brick, The Kava Lounge, Almost Famous Radio, Liquid Sundays, The Beehive, Jungle Bells, and the Blvd; In Denver The Shelter, Cali Invasion, Recon, and the Turbo Alliance Radio Show; In Mexico at the Jai Alai and MultiKulti.Priest would like to give a special thanks to Quincy, ILLFX, Billy, Havok, Dutasta, Vigilante, Shimon, Abby Norml, Moo, Deco Comprehension, Philly B., Logistics, Cyantific, LTJ Bukem, B-Boy Maxx (infamous Stylez), Hive, Black Sun Empire, Dieselboy and J Messinian, Vegas, Brez, Danger S, Shadow Spirit, Tech Itch, XYZ, Hazen, Unit One, Aero, Skyler Mic, Origin, Mathematics, Mundy, Pasqual, Trouble, Sophia, Jen Lasher, Forrest, Daemon, Probable Cause, Nightstalker, Chris Gardner, Skandar, Moody Moore, Jen Lasher, Wizard, RFX, Menace, Mythrill, Jungle Riddim, Walkrawler, United Drum N Bass, XXXL, Phear, World Renowned, Tabu, Wizard, Circuit, AMC, Jayvon, Peacemaker, Alder n Karl, Frayed Knott, Bypass, Give, Ryski n Tammy, Elizabitch, Alan (Guam), Brandon (Singapore), Nami (Japan), Largehuman, The Serum, Kinetek, Knottyboy, Primate, Kial, PeteR, Zypho, Ry'o, Mark Alan, Red Sonya, J-be, Dubscout, Tyler, Shawn Soundspeed, Resonate4fe, Rubdose, Steve, Ntro, Brianeye, Audio Angel, Teflon, Jo-S, Reid Speed, Faust and Shortee, Rilla, B.O.B., Scooba, Clutch, Machete, Pauli, Dre, Dirty Bill, Lyceum, Frizz, Jay Manzano, Jose Silvera, Pacolypse, Funk MF, Deco, Nick Of Evol Intent, Eskmo, Chad Rock, Oscure, Elgin, Reason, Brion T, Paulight, Eskmo, Gil, Geno Cochino, Pawn, EMU, Jinx, Jason Grill, and Robert Benson.[LOVEMYFLASH]
