PRIVATE EDITION ~ ISRAEL ~ Jazz-Rock Fusion
2nd album (recorded 2005) by Israeli guitarist Arik Shahar. This is a natural follow up to his debut album, with more Fusion / Smooth Jazz tunes played by high class musicians with gusto and panache. Arik gathered around him some of the best Israeli Jazz players and his drive and imagination prove again that Smooth Jazz can be quality music far beyond and above supermarket background muzak. All of the tunes are originals except a great cover of the Beatles ..Drive My Car... Definitely worth investigating!(Adam Baruch/Jazzis)
