a glimpse at the El Paso MDA Telethon 2007 with over 30 minutes of random shot footage edited down to a safe fun and interesting, as well as, captivating 5 minutes of memories. Set to the music that I also wrote/composed. The music to the core of this video- the bed of music is the instrumental to a song I wrote called "TREE". I didn't want to use the version with vocals, because I didn't want to take away from the video footage - as I did edit the video to the music- in most cases for more of a music video documentary film. Since I worked for the MDA the past free months as an employee- and had many great experiences- this was my last volunteer venture with the MDA due to my moving to Denver to be closer to my daughter. I may work with the MDA in Denver at some point. This video was more of a salute/Dedication to many- to my time with the MDA and those involved in my life. Enjoy it for what it is...a 500 dollar camera capturing footage of moments that I thought would make for an interesting video of memories from a day that will not be forgotten by me. I was asked to be the Texas Roadhouse mascot and I enjoyed that very much: so did the children-lol. It was one of my most memorable times for 2007. Many more to come..and I will support and respect MDA any ol' time. Thanks, sincerely, Tim Delby Imagine McAllen. www.myspace.com/mymda my second mda vid. www.delbyimagine.com the artist/songwriter/filmmaker
Hi my name is Tim Delby Imagine McAllen- I produced the nice little vid on this personal volunteer MDA myspace page. I really enjoy working with the most fabulous VRC crew in the entire MDA world--that is why I did the short film above...to introduce all of us..for those that might want to know..that we are real people with hearts and passions and dreams working for a GREAT cause..!!!! So...We had a blast at our local El Paso, Texas- Executive Lock up & our Telethon went smashingly. I am glad that I am able to do my part for the MDA/Jerry's kids, your kids, our young children and adults that are affected by all the various forms of Muscular diseases. It is about going what you can in life to assist others, dreaming, sharing what you love...so...for all those that I know have dreams and goals in the artistic world and beyond...live them...even if it just for you...I love film and music..and below are 4 of my songs that I would love to share with you. Enjoy and keep on keeping on...remember that no matter what kind of bad day you have...it can and will get better with laughter and a smile, music, and great company....Sincerely, Tim Delby Imagine McAllen- GO MDA!!!!!!

I'd like to meet:

People that understand we are only human. Imperfect...but able to show love, share laughter, happy, fun, witty, dedicated, someone that can give more than they take...and can dig the same in return....I would love to meet people that believe in hope, destiny, that have faith, that try, that know that if they have 10 dollars...instead of saying...I only support one charity....they can say...you know what....I will support 10 with 1 dollar each....cause every dollar matters...and I understand that there are many other organizations that also require assistance. We all depend on eachother in this world...even though we might feel alone...there are some very wonderful people in the world... Inspire...live and dream....
