The name's May. In my life God ALWAYS comes first! I love my family and friends dearly. My parents are the typical traditionally strict parents, but I am thankful for how they brought me up coz they must have done something right to create ME!!! LOL I have wonderful, precious, and awesome sisters, nephews, and nieces (one of which is my Goddaughter). They are there through my good and bad times to make me laugh, feel welcome, and wipe my tears. I believe that God never gives us anything we can't handle! I've learned that from some tough experience. And I am still learning...

"Trusting the Journey"
It is said that God works slowly
and writes straight on crooked lines
but we are so impatient to reach conclusions.
We try to skip the in between steps
of learning, exploring and making mistakes.
We are rushing so much that we cant wait
for the answers to emerge.
We want it all and we want it now
in our fast-forward world.
But real growth does not happen just like that.
In fact there is no lasting growth
without some time of confusion.
The new always needs time
to link with the past
if it is to survive the future.
The deeper the change, the longer the time needed,
and the more I may need to change myself.
So that is how it has to be with you and I
as we look to the future.
Ideas will change and develop and confuse us.
It is all part of the process.
The ideas need space and time.
One idea will awaken others
and old ideas will influence new plans.
Dont force the pace,
dont push the river of your own wisdom
beyond the banks of common sense.
There is something mysterious and holy
about these plans and dreams emerging from within.
Bear with the anxiety of still being on the way.
Trust the journey that is unwinding
at its own wise pace
within your heart and mind.--unknown
Note: God will never leave you on your own unless you walk away. No matter what you have done in your past, truly repent and allow God back into your heart. Learn from your mistakes and give off the lessons you've learned to others lost. To those of you who have hurt me in my past, no matter what the degree, I forgive you...I pray for you. I trust that God will open your eyes so that you may never cause such pain to someone else.
