About Me

Team Ochoa was formed after the passing of a great man that many of us consider a father but more importantly a friend, Sam Ochoa. Sam was a Black Belt in Kempo Karate and took us in about 6 years ago with Tony Alanis as one of the 1st fighter from the Santa Rosa Rancheria to fight in an organized MMA Event. He then started training the rest of Team Ochoa which consists of a tight group of friends that now are honoring the man who gave us his knowledge and cared enough to believe in us and gave us the skills and teachings that took us to where we are today.
