At the age of 11 finally found a music he could claim his own, Hip-hop. He knew when he heard EPMD, Kingsun, special Ed, Ed o.g and the bulldogs and ganstarr for the first time that he would either be hip-hop biggest fan or making music like his favorite artist. Moving to the west coast only made his love grow deeper when hearing artist like Freestyle Fellowship, Pharcyde, Souls of Mischief and Living Legends for the first time. It also made him experiment with other music such as Punk, Hard rock, Techno, Drum n Bass, now residing in the South , Efon has been influenced by everything the bottom has to offer, knowing that giving is better than receiving.
