Welcome to Mind Food.This is your Captain speaking...... Formed in May 2007 in a basement in Shepherds Bush a move to the North side of town proved to be wise as the sounds progressed. Confidence grew and the songs started to come alive so we took our songs to the public in 2008. These gigs went well and we were warmly recieved which is brilliant because we have a sound all our own that is not your usual rock n roll. This is a work in progress and we plan to make our songs more accessible and interesting to you the listener.
