"Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved."
Hi, Im Margaret. Im 23 years old and my birthday is New Year's Day ...which is awesome. I have a son who is almost 1 and he is my little replica. He is the best baby ever and the love of my life!
I love pretty much all sports, and that means playing and watching them. I consider myself pretty athletic except I really suck at basketball because I never make it in!
I love camping, golfing, playing bingo in canada, playing euchre and bullshit, laughing until my stomach hurts or Im crying-which usually happens in sync, reading, shoe shopping, dancing, arm wrestling, shotgunning beers, pedicures, wearing cowboy hats for no reason, burning candles, getting my bed sheets right out of the dryer at night before I make my bed so they're super warm when you climb into them, going on road trips (preferably across the country!), hanging out with my friends doing nothing, bonfires and the way my clothes smell when I leave, Making amends with ex's ex's (stolen from Rachel K, but that is so true!), I love the falling in love part of being in Love and the goosebumps you get when that person brushes against your skin, I love the first day that the leaves actually come out on trees and how you always notice and ask yourself "were there leaves yesterday?"(its always so unexpected!),I love the smell of fresh cut grass and the smell that comes off the street when it first starts to rain in the summer...Thunderstorms are my favorite and I think there are few things sexier then kissing in the rain on a warm summer night.
I love homemade mashed potatoes, 'smores, broccoli and pineapple. I love coloring in coloring books, and really love finger painting! I love swinging at the park, and also love the merry go round.
I hate mushrooms, most seafood, and if i see a vein or something like that in a piece of meat I wont eat another piece of meat for weeks. And no, I do not know how to eat meat off a bone. I am a stickler for the proper usage of words, and I hate when people spell words wrong and dont bother learning the proper spelling. I hate fast food restaurants, and will usually only eat there if im drunk. I hate when I get super comfortable on the couch and find that the clicker is across the room after im comfy! I hate when I spill something. I hate when my shoes come untied and theres nothing worse then a bad blister! I hate stepping in the water left behind by melted snow when your in socks. I hate the city alarms that go off the first saturday of the month-talk about annoying! I hate scary drivers who think speeding is cool. I hate the HeadOn commercials! I hate showering and if I had it my way I never would. I hate emo kids (give me a break kid, your life isnt miserable). I hate when people do drugs around me - its gross.
I am a huge fan of quality quotes from wise people of the past...or present. I really enjoy playing cricket and pool at bars, and usually find that Im better at both if im sort of drunk. I am the happiest with a group of good friends or just good people at a hole in the wall bar over a huge mess of a bar like the Double Olive. But overall, I just like being with people I care about and no matter what that means I'll be doing, Im sure I'll have a good time doing it.
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
"A true friend is someone who lets you have total freedom to be yourself... and especially to feel. Or not feel... Whatever you happen to be feeling at the moment is fine with them. That's what real love amounts to... letting a person be what he really is. Most people love you for who you pretend to be. To keep their love, you keep pretending... performing. You get to love your pretense. We're locked in an image... an act. And the sad thing is, people get so used to their image they grow attached to their masks. They love their chains. They forget all about what they really are." ~ Jim Morrison
