Influenced by synthesizers and computers I begun to study Computer Science/Arithmetics.
Computer Science in (Distance University in Hagen, 1992)
During the study I could progress in my electronic compositions at the same time and I composed the Apocalypse and many other songs.
Because I had to improve my studio equipment I begun to work as IT Freelancer for banks and insurances with focus on IBM Mainframes. Now I was able to migrate all songs written on an Atari with Emagic Soft- and Hardware to Emagic's Logic Audio Platinum. And then, when I found an album of "Michael Brecker", "Don't Try This At Home", I knew that I will have integrated my Saxophone in my future works.
From this time saxophone playing, saxophone sound and jazz styles to be improved over the following years. Saxophone (ts) in BigBandFriends under the leading of John C. Marshall (v, g) with Charly Schlimbach (ts) and guest Doug Sides (d).
My future songs will be additionally influenced by Jerry Bergonzi, Mike Stern and Pat Metheny.

Sounds Like: Highfly The song is infused by a good friend and musician who said that my songs are all theatrical and sophisticated and asked me if I were able to compose something light-hearted also. As the listener can here this worked quite well but at the end, the recapulation, I had to balance it with a more theatrical theme as in all the other songs. The name comes from "Flying high" or "Sky rocketing" but I have chosen a wrong sounding created word to imply that it is not really my style. The guitar's line is a reference to my ancestors. Ashra This song is infused by the group ASHRA but the former elements which could imply this are removed to make the carpet transparent. The theme line which has some magic is continued through the complete part and gives the song its main character. This song is one of my first electronic songs and I have worked on it all the time to improve it. The modified monk choir is a reference to the Tibetan Monks and the song itself is a vision of the highland of Tibet, the so called Qinghai-Tibetan (Qingzang) Plateau.Planets The song Planets is the musical form of painture "Planets" from 1985 (68 cm x 115 cm) which shows a view on a planet with artificial instalments, huge mushrooms, craters and canyons on the surface and two rings crossing each other at 12 o'cock in the outer space. Together with an aeriform planet in front of the viewer and another planet with one ring to the right the viewer may feel high gravities. The surroundings of the viewers planet lies within a plasma-like space. The canyons and mesas form on the surface look like a persons shape.Warp The song Warp is mainly inspired by the painture "Planets" and my painting "Hexer" from 1984 (50x50). Both wil demonstrate interfusing dimensions and parallel existing lifeforms beeing unaware of each other. This painting is additionally created as an oil colour painting (1m x 1m) and as a wall colour painting (3m x 3m) in my former grammer school in Düsseldorf. With Warp I wanted to avoid recurrences and continue the theme instead. I put some special effects into the song to simulate natural events like earthquakes or meteors cutting the air to fear the listener. The beginning and the bridge is played by a piano to include classical elements. The second part is meant as a consiliation and a calming conclusion. The elegiac solo is wonderful and although the accompaniment has been often changed it is now a good counterpart to the first part. Chris Newman presents a tastful compilation of the "Apocalypse" Album in his TDFZ Radio Show from 29th August 2008. The complete show is available for free download.
