Diana Soto was born in Brooklyn New York in 1976. She was raised in a Christian Home by her Parents Florentine and Ana Soto. Though her Father went to be with the Lord Her Mother, who honors us still with her presence, raised her to be a God fearing woman. The Day Diana was born God placed a Gift in Her and at the tender age of Four it was apparent what that gift was when she sang for the first time with her Sister Yadira Coradin. This inspired her to sing with all her might and soul lifting the Name of God on high.
While in High School she and a group of friends met every Friday to fellowship and worship God and during this time she met a young man named Joseph J Feliciano. They began a beautiful friendship and were engaged on September 24, 1994 and were united in marriage on December 2, 1995.
Diana is an active Member of her church “Pentecostal Church El Tabor†which is pastored by Rev Miguel and Josefina Diaz in the Greenpiont section of Brooklyn. She has been President of all the societies in the church from the kids to the ladies night. She taught the children’s Bible Class for 6 years (which she wishes to have some day) and also taught the Teenager’s Group for 3 years, which she holds dear to her heart,
On December 5, 1992 Diana sang in the inauguración of Yadira Coradin’s First production “He Visto su Gloriaâ€. In 1996, God opened doors in various churches in Brooklyn and the Bronx. During this time she was able to share the Platform with her Sister in New Jersey, Connecticut and on the circle line boat and celebrating Yadira’s 25 th year anniversary en la Iglesia Sinai.
God has continued to open doors for Diana. She had the opportunity to sing in the radio station “Radio Avivamiento and also participated in “Levantando Adoradores†with JeremÃas Tavares; but God was not done yet he continued to Open doors and on October 14, 2000 her Sister Yadira Coradin Presented Diana in Noche de Alabanza 2000.
In 2001 God continued to open doors in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Diana sang in the radio station “Radio Salvacion†and in a service dedicated to the children’s ministry “Amparo de la Niñez†in Philadelphia with TÃo Felipe.
God continues to open doors. She had the opportunity to sing in the Reunion of the Pastor’s Association and Re-election of Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Though she has no recording yet her desire is that one day God can give her that privilege and be able to share with the world what God has given her. She is still an active Leader in her church together with her husband they both Minister to the lord in song and preaching.
Singing and lifting up the name of God is what Diana Feliciano was born to do!
Psalm 9:2 I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.
