The beginning…
DEMOLITION is the brainchild of guitarist/vocalist Rick Linguroski who spawned the project in 2006 after the demise of his first act Battalion. Stints with Night Crawler and Maiden Oz would follow but the desire to create an all original project would resurface once again and hence the birth of DEMOLITION – a Thrash Metal band of the highest order. With guitar chops to rival the best in the genre and a clear understanding of dynamics and style, the music created by DEMOLITION will first crush, then maim and have you returning for more.
The EP, “Strike Forceâ€â€¦
Recorded in 2007 the aptly titled “Strike Force†takes listeners back to a time when guitar players took pride in their art and song writers did just that and wrote songs chock full of hooks and dramatic arrangements. From the take no prisoners approach of opener ‘Strike You Down‘ to the closing strains of the title track, “Strike Force†is more than an introduction, it’s a fully fledged attack on the senses – a right of passage if you will.
Due to an inability to secure the right personnel for the recordings - Rick took it upon himself to record all the instruments, as well as engineer and produce the project. This fact alone makes the EP an incredibly exciting proposition and displays the talent and determination behind DEMOLITION.
The future…
The final steps have been made and a full line up now complete! Live shows are now underway with long time friend Alan on guitar, Chris on bass and Chris on the skins. Demolition is ready to dominate the live scene and the debut album almost ready to go. New material is well underway and being performed alongside the current EP tracks. Those who have been anxious to witness DEMOLITION in the live environment, the time has come!

With “Strike Force†making its way around the world, the time is right for DEMOLITION to take centre stage and push all pretenders aside. Armed with a stunning debut EP and a desire to succeed, what you have here is music for a new generation, music that will be talked about for years to come.
