Broken Chord Recording is a professional recording studio bringing you top quality at affordable prices.
We use the latest software, together with top quality microphones and pre-amps, all through an industry standard mixing console to get the best possible results at the lowest prices. Previous clients have commented on the brilliant results we get, and how easy it is for them to work in such a relaxed atmosphere.
The cost of recording sessions include a fully engineered session with industry qualified and experienced sound engineers, all tracks are then mixed, mastered and put on a master CD. We are also able to offer CD Duplication and CD Replication at a great rate.
We have worked with To Every End, Call For Blood, Momentai and Japanese Hell Beast, to name a few, and all have been more than happy with the great results and the low cost of the sessions.
We offer a fully equipped recording studio, with helpful and experienced engineers, kitchen area, and a relaxed sitting area all at a low price. Drum kits and guitar amplifiers can also be made available for recording sessions at an additional cost.

Apple G5 Dual 2GHz Processor running Logic Studio, with up to 240 track recording and mixing capability. Over 300 effects plug-ins, including Logic default Audio Units and expanded effects banks. Also we have over 150 Virtual Instruments, enabling us to create a variety of syntheises sounds, which can be used along with recorded audio. Over 100 gigabytes of sound effects, which can be used in songs for that special sound you have always needed

Hourly Rate £15
8 Hour Session £90
2 Day Session £160
3 Day Session £230
4 Day Session £300 (Subsequent days charged at £70 per day)

*We require no deposit, but 50% of the full fee must be paid on your first session, the other 50% on receipt of your master CD

Terms and Conditions
* Prices are for the use of the studio along with a sound engineer, and includes all mixing and mastering, and a master CD (on full payment)
* All recordings are the property of Broken Chord Recording, untill full payment is recieved.
* We ask for no deposit, but half the payment must be paid when you arrive for your first recording session, the other half to be paid on receipt of your master CD
* Broken Chord Recording will never use/lend/sell any recordings to anyone other than the band to whom the copyright belongs, without first consulting the band themselves.
*Unfortunately, Broken Chord Recording accept no responsibility for any loss/damage to equipment whilst on our premises.
*48 hour notice must be given for any cancellations or you are liable to pay a fee equal to 25% of the full costs of the missed time
*We will not mix on the same day as tracking
DIRECTIONS:
Coming along the A27, take the exit signposted Hayling Island/Havant
Bottom of the slipway take the exit towards Havant Town Centre, then at the traffic lights turn left, which should take you past tesco.
Continue past tesco and then you'll come to a roundabout, take the first left, which takes you on to a bridge over the motorway.
Then at the next roundabout go right (3rd exit) then the first left, which should take you into Havant business centre.
Ring the buzzer and well come get you.
