Sofia Kamina

Born in Ioannina,Greece in September 27th 1988 I started taking clasic vocal lessons at the age of 14 for two years. After that, I joined a rock band named "pseutika eidola"(fake idols) with which I started performing several gigs in Ioannina & around.In 2006 I engaged proffesional singing in "AdieXodo" Bar and at the same time I joined the band "Schema" with which we recently recorded our third album named:"Sick enjoyment".Along with the rehersing-recording-performing sessions of "Schema" I attained several musical events with other bands as well,performing different music styles from blues(with "Blues People") to Funk (With "Hunky.ZIP" & "Down the Alley").This latest involvement of mine in the world of Funky-Soul music was what really got my heart and spirit and was the main reason of my departure from "Schema", so that i can totaly focus on the groovie side of music....Check back for upcoming events with "Down the Alley"....;-)
