About Me

I count my blessings as I have many. I have a beautiful little girl and a handsome (sexy) husband who believes and supports me no matter what. We have overcame many obstacles, but through it all I have always been able to see him at my side. That is one thing Donte preaches...you have to walk side-by-side...not in front and not in back. So I know that I will always see him by my side and the world will never know how much that means to me. I love them both dearly!I really don't know what else to say about me, but that I'm pretty much an easy-going gal. I quick to make friends, but I'm learning to not take everyone so freakin' seriously now! There are so many out there that are just in it "for the jokes" that I'm starting to get the picture now.Finally, if you didn't like me in the past...I'm sorry. If you don't like me now, I'm sorry too. There is just too much hatred in the world today so just let it go. If you can't let it go then don't waste my breath (time)either.One more thing...let's be true from the beginning, if you can't be that way then don't bother. My Interests

I love to meet new people and keep in touch of those in past as well. After all, those in my past are what made me (indirect or direct) today. I love movies, all music and keeping up with the family life. My husband and I are also dedicated gym go'ers!! I've lost 41 lbs...and still going!! Email me!

My Ancestors...it would be awesome to see how I became the person I am today. Especially with the mixture of my cultures (I'm half Hispanic and half Filipina) it would be awesome!!Mestiza Pride!Half is better than NONE!!

Music:

Believe it or not...I'm a country freak! I love country music! My favorite is Kenny Chesney and Brad Paisley. As for female artist, Faith Hill, Leann Womack and Carrie Underwood are my faves! I just love country music!I do like R & B and Contemporary...but I'm more into songs that can tell me a story. Songs that are about life...where you can listen to the song and say, "Hey, that's my life they are singing about!!"

Movies:

Just too many to name, my favorite movies though could be listed as: Everafter, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Fools Rushed In, Raising Helen, The Wedding Date, My First Kiss, The Wedding Planner, all hell, I guess any romantic comedy does it for me!But don't get me wrong...you can find me in theatres watching Jeepers Creepers, Freddy vs Jason, and other horror flicks too!!

Television:

I am definitely a Law & Order fanatic!! Add this to my obsession with both CSI's!! I love old reruns of Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, and the Nick-at-Nite (and TVLAND) line-up...hey, what do you expect, I grew up in the time period!! Also...during the NFL football season, you will see or hear me in front of our TV jumping up and down too! We are a football family that's for sure!!

Books:

PDR (Prescription Prescribing Guide), Taber's Medical Dictionary, Dorland's Medical Dictionary, ICD-9 books....what did you expect? I'm at Johns Hopkins!!
