By Me :)
I'm 32, a mother, a wife, a dreamer & a writer. My husband describes me as a complex person with many different versions depending on the situation. (I adapt well) Most people underestimate me & I think that is why I'm drawn to careers dominated by men. I know I am capable of more & will fight for what I truly want.

If something requires a level of creativity, it will peek my interest and like a sponge, I will absorb any information I can. I crave learning more about the world around me.
I've been writing since childhood, using it as a mental escape from the reality of life around me. My childhood was difficult, I screwed up my fair share of times, but I will never expect pity for it because life happens, and it is not always pretty. I survived and became the strong, independent woman I am today because of the good and bad experiences I went through.
I have spent the good portion of my adult life being a mother and wife, staying at home because I strongly believe children need a "home parent." During my years at home, I continued to write and spent nearly seven years working with charity organizations. I soon found myself burning out due to the fact that the charity work I was involved in had no happy ending & that no matter how much I did, the end result was always bleak. So as I had done in the past, I turned back to my writing. At first it was very dark, but slowly I felt myself coming back to life inside.
Wanting to expand on the one constant in my life, I decided to try my hand at a screenplay in early 2007. I now have several completed feature length scripts under my belt, including one in pre-production.
