About Me

Organic electronic melodic music that shimmers with light and dark textures from the UK and Sweden.
Antony Ryan (ISAN) and Simon Scott (TELEVISE/SLOWDIVE) blend together a mixture of musical elements that stun, comfort and confuse in equal measures.
Simon also runs Kesh¬Recordings, has a debut album "Navigare" coming out on Miasmah Recordings and plays guitar for The Sight Below. Antony also records as 50% of isan who record for Morr Music, he likes tea and lives in Sweden.
"A number of small things" various cd has been released on MORR MUSIC featuring the first Seavault recordings "Mercy Seat" and "I could be happy".
www.boomkat.com gave it "Album of the week" and mentions something nice about seavault = laptop textures.
2009= OUT NOW: the release of 'cornfields' on Morr Music..."Not Given Lightly" VA. Influences: Happy Otter Sad Otter. The Sea and mountains. Cambridge and Copenhagen. Sunshine. Cats and birds. People that drive too close behind you. The warm and the windy. Wire and Wool. Tea and fresh coffee. The squint you get from trying to recognise the person smiling at you through their car window screen but the reflection stops me from recognising them so do I wave or look away? The morning after the night before. Dehydration and chilled refreshment. Cornwall and Devon. Love. Peace and loud guitars.
