About Me

Noriaki Mori was born in Chiba, Japan and started to play saxophone at age of 15. After he graduated from Showa College of Music where he studied classical saxophone with Ken-ichiro Muto, he was awarded a scholarship from Berklee College of Music. At Berklee, He studied with Greg Hopkins, Hal Crook, Joe Lovano, Terri Lyne Carrington, George Garzone, Ed Tomassi and more. He recently graduated form Berklee and resides in Brooklyn, NY.
