Princess

So Manny, me, and john just came back from Maui yesterday morning. Our intentions there were for family issues, but it was a much needed vacation. I got to see my family and actually spend time with most of them. It felt real nice. I did a lot of thinking and reflecting back at home and my mind has never felt so clear and sure of what I wanted to do with myself. I am turning 28 this year will be more productive with myself and set goals and actually accomplish them. So I WILL be a chef, and I WILL have my own catering business, and hopefully people will respond to it. This was Mannys first time on the islands and I think he truly enjoyed it. We thought 1 week would be enough to really do everything on Maui but it wasn't. We did more family stuff and went to the beach a few times, and went sight seeing. Oh, and I gained 10 lbs. Yeah, you'll see it in the pictures. I am determined to lose it though now that I am back. I am very happy that he got to meet my family and they got to meet him. I am still seeing on the status of school. Hopefully i get the funds to go. So pray for me everyone, and I promise you I will cook you a 5 course dinner on me...actually probably a 3 course meal.
