I like virtually everything, I try to be as open as possible.
Favorite all time band is the Spill Canvas. But others of the moment are: Devendra Barnhart, Lupe Fiasco, Copeland, Explosions in the Sky, annnnddd Charlotte Martin.
Definitely dig classical music, too. I've been listening to that a lot.
Movies:
TOP GUN, The Little Mermaid, CURLY SUE, Interview with the Vampire, The Notebook, Jarhead, WHITE OLEANDER, Stepmom, Ghostbusters, (The Old) Dawn of the Dead, Dirty Dancing, Grease, MAJOR PAYNE, Pretty Woman....Many more.
If it involes Sandra Bullock, Julia Roberts, vampires, or war scenes.....I'll probably love it. :)
Television:
History Channel. Discovery Channel. PRIDE. UFC.
Books:
Iris Johansen, Robin Cook, Tess Gerritsen, others of the like. (Forensic/Medical Thrillers.)
Heroes:
I wouldn't say "heroes." I'd say...inspirations.
The first person to ever make me feel like I could make a difference, and my opinion did count: instructor/conductor/friend and mentor, Keith David Reeves.
The person who inspired me to be what I am today, an aspiring photographer: professor/"boss"/mentor, Tom Casella.
Some people don't realize what an impact a teacher can have on a student's life. I do.
