About Me


The band was founded after a sundayafternoon, when musicians of the local school for guitar performed, in early 2003. After some changes of bandmembers, the picture we now all know as Liquid Soil was painted. At first we “just” played covers by all different kind of artists and different styles, but after a change of name from the old ‘Bezopen Eend’ into ‘Liquid Soil’ we started writing our own music. You can all listen to the result of this initiative on our first demo-cd, entitled ‘Rise And Shine’. When writing our own music we still just kind of did what we were doing when we were doing coversongs. Mix in all kinds of different styles. Somewhere we got lost, things didn't go well. As a result of this sadly enough one of the bandmembers recently decided to quit the band. After his departure we decided to focus on what we always liked to do and what we think we do best. Just "Rock and Roll".

Inderdaad. Helaas gaat onze zeer gewaardeerde collega ons verlaten. Hij gaat op pelgrimstocht door muziekland om tot nieuwe sferen te geraken. Wij gaan hem missen, maar in ons hart blijft hij altijd b...

CD-Presentatie

Hoezee,De eerste demo, rise and shine, is een feit. Dit kunnen we natuurlijk niet zo maar voorbij laten gaan. Daarom gaat dit zondag 18 november uitgebreid gevierd worden op de Cd-presentatie!Dez...

Demo

Rise and ShineLiquid soil brengt binnenkort haar eerste plaat uit, namelijk Rise and shine. Daarna wordt de plaat natuurlijk volop gepromoot door middel van optredens, dus hou het in de gaten!
