The Fallies

The Fallies were founded in February, 2007. Although it took months to decide a name for the band, The Fallies were stuck on 'The Fallies' as a band name. It's a complicated name, "The Fallies," as nobody knows what it means and the plural pronunciation of it implies a group of, well, a group of fallies. What's a fallie, you ask? It's one of us... JEEZ. With a name like "The Fallies," it gives us absolute and utmost permission to completely mess up our songs during a live performance, so don't be surprised. The Fallies compose original music that is dark, fun, bluesy, hard rock, upbeat, off beat, in beat, and/or no beat.Brenan Filippini just showed up one day with a bass guitar. BOOM- and he was just there(and we begged him to get some clothes on). Nobody knows where he comes from- he doesn't even know. He started playing guitar in junior high and found it too easy, so he switched to the almighty bass guitar. He may not remember the names of our songs, but this guy could pull a bass riff out of a piccolo flute!Although he's in denial about his parents having sex, Jeff Smith was born, too. He graduated from Mt. Baker High School with interests in music and engineering. He's been writing songs and playing guitar for half of his life.Steven Hudon is the newest member of the band. After Tyler Anderson's departure from the band in June, 2008, Steven took the sticks and the double bass into his own overwhelming relm of Steven-ness at the set. He's such a nice and respectful guy that the rest of us are trying to figure out if we should pick on him or try to act normal. The fact is, he's not a big myspace user, so we can write pretty much what we want about him and he won't know about it.If you find yourself humming a tune of ours, keep in mind...
