I love art like I have expressed before; My favorite artist of all time has to be Salvador Dali hands down. I enjoy painting/ drawing every chance I get. I also love to go out and see all types of bands play ( punk music especially).....Can't get enough of music; if you can introduce me to new music then you are so cool in my book; I love nature.....there is nothing like going out & litterally stopping to smell the roses....Also love quiet times to myself ;to just be able to come home after a hard days work and pick up a good book and just lose myself in it...ahhh, nothing like it! If I can share a quiet moment with a friend and it not become akward silence then life is good!I also enjoy animation...my new favorite animation is the Venture Brothers.....seriously addicted to it.
I'd like to meet people who genuinely have similar interests as mine....People who love to go out and sample the finer things in life.....People with a true desire to live life to the fullest. I want to meet people I can learn things from and who I can teach a few things to as well 'cause in turn we'll help eachother grow into the awesome people we've yet to become....isn't that what lifes about? Oh and one last thing....I'm not interested in meeting any phony ass people....For instance...any person who thinks we can get along and then when you find out something you don't like about me freaks out and deletes me as a "friend" can go screw themselves....I'm in this to meet cool people.....not ASSHOLES! With that said Carry on!
Dead Kennedys, Fugazi, Bad Religion, Siouxie & The Banshees ( of course) , Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Clash, Sublime, The Beatles( my all time favorite band ) Blondie , Beck, David Bowie, L7, The Pixies, The Buzzcocks, Bow wow wow, Pennywise, Social D, The Misfits, Screeching Weasel,The Beastie Boys,Bjork, Black Sabbath,Johnny Cash,Muse,The Cure,Janes Addiction, Old Inxs, Depeche Mode, Green Day, Foo Fighters,Nirvana,The White Stripes,Liz Phair, Radiohead....just to name a few...more recent Rise Against...saw them live recently and was amazed!! I also have a soft side but that comes with getting to know me!
I love old Hitchcock films( birds, vertigo etc.)...big on Horror To many to list....i love Harold and maude...beautifully done might I say...I admit had a thing for John Cusack films..."Say Anything" you want but he rocks in my book. Also anything Johnny Depp puts together is powerful( Blow, Pirates, Fear and Loathing...need i say more) To many films I enjoy ahh! Two more I forgot to add has to be the Boondock Saints...ahhhh cute Irish Boys fighting off the bad guys and looking hot the whole time! And Walk the Line....if you haven't seen it...DO IT!
I like comedy relief....but lately to many realty shows....Technicallly I don't really watch T.V. as much these day....I work long hours plus I don't have cable so Blah to T.V.Oh did I mention The VENTURE BROTHERS...if you haven't seen it you don't know what you are missing....
Anything Augusten Burroughs writes is Brillant( Dry and Running With Scissors)....still moved by Ann Franks diary, The Poetry of Robert frost and of course The Lives Of John Lennon by Albert Golman, Helter skelter, &When Elephants Weep.....I can go on and on but I'll probably bore you to death
