To summarize: First and foremost, I'm a writer. I have one term of journalism left to go, which has been thrown on the backburner while I work on my undergraduate of film studies at Ryerson University here in Toronto.
I've spent the last year working on short fiction and freelance writing away from studies, focusing more on trade and horror genre publications as well as DIY music and political 'zines when I have time (Time, what time?! Hah!). I also have a serious love and drive for SFX make-up, but again, I have no time.
Music is my big steady kick, I live for metal and heavy music. I manage/run a band rehersal warehouse, I check out live shows a few nights a week when possible and almost always have music around me in some form or another.
