I am first and foremost an ARTIST! I am also a teacher and love to share my creative skills with others. I make art in my upstairs art studio and I'm working on a website (coming soon - stay tuned!) My passion is painting with ENCAUSTIC, which is beeswax, resin and pigments. I use the medium to collage photos, old book pages, found objects and other non-traditional items to create a very unique and thought provoking work of art. All of my work is original and one of a kind. I'm also the most giving person I know. I care about all people and all animals. Even the ones I don't like. I would bend over backwards, give the shirt off my back and give you a million dollars if I was able to! Someday I think I'll make a great wife =)
