Barking Legs Theater

About Me

Barking Legs Theater has been at the forefront of presenting fine music in an intimate, listener-friendly environment since 1997. Located in a converted drapery shop just off Missionary Ridge in the city of Chattanooga, Barking Legs has developed an audience of devoted LISTENERS who have been treated to amazing performances by some of the world's finest musicians. Amongst our most popular performers in our first 10 years have been David Grier, Mike Compton, Norman & Nancy Blake, Andrew Bird, the everybodyfields, the Infamous Stringdusters, the Lovell Sisters, the Biscuit Burners, and many more (for a more complete list check out the Archives section of our website). We are proud that some of these acts have outgrown our capacity of about 150, but there has proven no shortage of superior talent wanting to perform in a modest sized venue with great sound and an attentive audience. Though beer and snacks are available, this is a theater, not a bar or club! So get on our mailing list through the website and join us for superb music in a great setting in Chattanooga, Tennessee!__________________________________________________ ______________
