About Me

"Yes, I am a dreamer. For a dreamer is one who can find his way by moonlight, and see the dawn before the rest of the world." ~Oscar WildeI tend to obsess over the most random things, but, I suppose that's better than having no interests at all... my biggest obsession is Music. Music Music Music!!! It captures my soul and holds it hostage and makes everything that seems out of place seem to be exactly as it should, it calms my nerves and helps me relax, it makes what seems to be a horrible situation, better. It takes me to a place, on a journey, within myself and without. Where nothing else matters except the beat in my head and the fullness in my heart.I enjoy reading, like a fiend (2-3 books a week just isn't enough for my insatiable appetite for reading) writing, especially journaling and poetry. Writing truly helps me take my manic racing thoughts, break them down and get them in to some semblance of sense and understanding and it helps me to remember things, in detail, that slip the mind as time goes by.I absolutely love to dance, it’s one of the best forms of exercise. I have 2 dachshunds and they are the closest thing to children that I will ever have. I enjoy sleeping (when insomnia isn't eating away my brain, (which, is more so than not), spending time with my guy (James), collecting Faeries, Vaseline Glass, First Edition Books (I enjoy Sci-fi/Fantasy/Horror and Biographies and Auto Biographies) I play computer games MMORPG’s (Multi Mass On Line Role Playing Games) (mostly Everquest 1 and 2, World of Warcraft, Dark Ages of Camelot, Star Wars Galaxies etc...etc...) but also enjoy console games as well as pen and paper (old school) RPG”s (Role Playing Games). I DJ (spin records/cd's) fitting in to the (new) electro sound everyone is grinding to, but, I can also spin breaks and some hard trance as well. I love to belly dance, enjoy photography, do tarot card readings, and palmistry, and am fascinated with the study of astrology and astronomy, the paranormal, hauntings, ghosts, cemeteries, exploring historical (old) buildings that hold interesting history, the unexplainable, the unimaginable, as well as anything else that might make a person second guess their place in life and even life itself, including the beyond.

Finally, the best thing in my life, James , the best guy ever. I couldn't have even dreamed up someone so perfect for myself. I am very thankful having him in my life.

My Interests

"Oh yeah... I'm not respectable, and never sensible I've been incredible, so damned irascible and I like the things I do so Hooray for me... and fuck you!"

--(Bad Religion)--

I'd like to meet:

I am just looking for people to get to know and establish a respectable relationship with. Someone who is together with their life, who knows how to have a good time and party -- but someone who has the common sense to know when enough is enough, and finally, people who can keep up with my ADHD.I always bare in mind that we all have different personality traits and we can either accept one another for who and how we are, or not... it's that simple. I do not judge others for who and how they are, however, if who and how they are does not compliment who and how I am and there is conflict then those are the types of relationships I tend to stay away from.

I have always found the best friends to be those who will accept me for who/how I am as well as for who/how I am NOT.

Moochers, tweekers, flakes, jackasses, arrogant assholes, thieves and ignorant people, need not apply.

Music:

Music is my life. Actually, to me, music IS the very definition of life. Its very substance is the air I breathe, the water I drink, the food I eat. Without music my life would be nothing and I don't think I could function or be so incredibly touched in the way that music can touch me. Nothing can compare to what music does to and for me and the way it makes me feel. It breathes life in to me, it pulls tears from me, it helps me to recall moments with such detail that could have been forgotten had there not been music involved in the scenario, it makes my confusion make sense, it calms my anxiety, it turns me on, it makes me sad, it makes me happy, it makes me FEEL but, most importantly, it's the only thing in my life that is constant. I know it will never let me down, it will never hurt me, it will always be there and it will never go away from me, no matter what. For all that it has to offer, for all that it has given me and shall continue to give to me, I am deeply grateful. There is nothing else in the world like music, nothing can, nor ever will, replace its importance in my life.I have changed and added so many artists to this page that it's just becoming monotonous. It's just easier to break it down and state, that, basically what I like can be summed up as follows.

I adore E.L.E.C.T.R.O.N.I.C., music as well as simple basic R.O.C.K., emo, screamo/scremo, Everything from break-beats (the darker the better), house (of all kinds/genres), electro-house, hard trance, industrial, electroclash, techno, synth-pop, tech-step, drum n bass (somewhat picky here), speed garage, trip-hop, hip-hop and rap (but on these two, I am somewhat picky here as well. With either hip-hop or rap, it has to have flow, energy, creativity and has to speak to me. It has to have meaning, otherwise, I just find no interest.), goth, darkwave, new wave, music from the 80's (both the cheesy kind and the non cheesy kind) --- I love electronic music (edm, ebm, idm), obviously,--- alternative, indie, old school hardcore, punk rock, ska, classical, jazz, blues and anything that is done well and has a capturing creative flow and finds its way to my heart and soul.
