Vehemence was formed in 1992,the original members were brian kirby,scott maddox and michael green,the band disbanded but brian and scott kept writing new material,after a long remission,brian and scott met up with alan smith,vocals,guitar and aaron bell,drums.the groupthen started writing new material plus adding in the songs that had already been laid out by brian,guitar,scott,bass and some songs that alan had brought in,from that we got,VEHEMENCE,we took our talents and songs and recorded the album IN THE WAKE,we played quite extentsively in the TALLAHASSEE area,in the same clubs that produce duch bands as CREED,SOCIAL BURN,PRESENSE,NUISANCE,and other top notch bands,got recognition from LIMELIGHT magazine for being the best new band on the circuit,the band disbanded in 2000,due to the differences in the band,what a waste,but now the band has been called out from it's dormant state to come forward and produce the song SOMETHING'S WRONG,for the COUNTY ROAD 14 SOUNDTRACK,a horror movie that is partly filmed in perry,in the future,other songs off the IN THE WAKE cd mat be appearing on sound track while the band picks the pieces back up and try to continue down the road they were head before the breakup,we hope you enjoy the songs,the cd is for sale for $10.00,contact
