About Me

Earl Canova

YOU ROCK!! Great hangin' with you, as usual. Listened to your cd at home this weekend and here it is Monday morning and I'm still smiling. I'm proud of what we've done. Enjoy it and keep me posted on the "ride" the record goes on.

-Marty Rifkin

Your refreshing, honest, hot new sound takes me right back to the great classic rock music that not only pounded it's way into my heart, but is alive and well living inside my soul.
- Barbara J. Elliasson

Hey Earl, Took a peak at your website, very cool. Great songs, let me know when I can get a copy of your CD.

-God Bless. I’m a big fan!

-When I pulled up a sample of your CD, I couldn't get it to play for the group of good friends I had invited to sit, relax and experience the start of a great rock musician. I was terribly disappointed.

-Earl, My name is George, Great music...!!Hopefully my wife & I can see you perform live soon. Good luck!

-from Paris, I have enjoyed many great bands, and over the years I have seen quite a few. Something about your sound is so familiar... a lot more refined, but definitely familiar. To me, every guitar player has a unique sound. Although with time, and practice, it becomes better, the true rhythms of the hands that touch the strings remain the same. When I hear you play, I can't help but think that. Did you ever play in North Carolina? I think that I read that somewhere in an article about you. Where did you play in NY? It's one of those things that's driving me nuts, I can't put my finger on it.

-Hi Earl, How can I get a copy of your new CD, The Intersection? Can't find it anywhere. Do u have any other CD's out? Do u ever play in Boston? I'm coming to LA soon. R u going to be playing anywhere ?

-You see, I have talked nonstop to all my friends and coworkers about your "from the gut" lyrics. I truly haven't heard such meaningful songs in a long time. (not in this decade anyway). You put a such a fresh spin on your true emotions and top it off with a kick-ass rock & roll sound. I can see that you are a real musician in every aspect of the business.
-Also, I read about your interview with Ron Kilgore and can't seem to get it to come up online. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?
Well, I know that you are a busy man, so I'll close for now.
Caio,
Jean

-Hello Earl my name is Mike and the level of originality that encompassed writing, arranging, singing and playing was a feast for music lovers. Especially those who found kindred spirits, emotions, sound waves and energy that they could directly connect with. From that point on we have been exposed to Heavy Metal, Rap, Hip Hop, Boy Bands, Punk, Divas, etc. While embracing various artists and/or one or more or none of these genres – we are still searching for something that can take the basic root of Rock and truly make it sound original while appealing to us on a purely emotional, physical and spiritual level, and performed by musicians who can deliver it with a high content of soul and feeling. In other words, give us original SONGS, sung with conviction, arrangements and structure that tell us that we are not listening to the same old, same old.

I am not experiencing any hesitation in highly recommending his new CD, “THE INTERSECTION”, to anyone who is looking and listening for something that will set a whole new standard for Rock music. Listening to this CD brings to mind the same kind of sense of discovery that I had when I was listening to a really strong release by a new artist. That same excitement you feel when you have stumbled onto something really hot. The quality production and arranging are always welcome. I also suspect that we are only hearing the tip of the berg. With this level of talent and drive to create, the future looks bright indeed.

Cheers
