To give you a bit of background on myself, I purchased my first investment property at the age of 23, and not long after at 25 I started a career in Real Estate. Currently specializing in Klamath Falls city and suburbs, I had the privilege of working at the Running Y Resort for 3 years. I put quite a bit of time into learning about their housing market and the reasons why people enjoy resort living.
