7/11/08.... Comanche its about time! Ive been waiting for a show like this the whole time! You guys were amazing! Loved the energy..i hope you continue to bring it out to all the upcoming shows. You made it all worth it guys...im still sore from all the fun lol. The bands were amazing thanks to all who came Silence The Tempest, Cute As A Button, Gun The Villain, Somewhere In September you guys rocked! Please come out to the back to school show August 22nd its gonna be insane!!
6/20/08.... Molly's Burgers...shoulda been there. I have no clue what the burgers taste like but the crowd was great. Met some cool cool guys and got to see our buddies from Everthorn! In Fair Verona and Hey Hollywood were awesome dudes. We enjoyed sticking around after the show to chat with you guys! Thanks to the guys from Outlaw Music Mag you were awesome and also enjoyed sharing some chat time with you as well.
6/13/08.... Yet again waco you guys own!! We always look forward to coming to see you! Amazing show with amazing people. Couldnt ask for a better crowd thats not our own. We have so many friends there so please request us to come back. Energy was intense and the turn out was awesome. Anthony really does a good job over there... keep it up dude and God Bless all of Waco Texas!
6/7/08... Ok so i know we said we would never play side stage at the door again but....we did :/ lol. It turned out decent i suppose. We had fun, got alot of kids involved and sold a good amount of shirts. Now that we have merch it should def. help us out a ton. So yea so far we have 2 shirts, picks, some energy drinks and who knows whats yet to come. Stay updated lovelies!
5/16/08.... As you should know...Reservation Ranch is no longer show site. I had some talks with youth pastors around town and will be using a couple of church building periodically. This show was awesome. Met some really cool dudes, had a great turnout and hope they only get better. Thanks Chris for allowing us to use the church as a form of spreading the word through this awefully loud music that we love oh so much!
4/29/08.... So what do you get when you have...Amnesty Falls, Life In Your Way, Means, and For Today? One amazing show with maybe the best breakdowns you'll ever hear! Absolutely brutal show...eventhough the electricity went off during our set. We got it back up finished the songs and hung out with some amazing people! One thing we did learn....dont play side stage at the door even if your headlining! :D
4/25/08.... Freakin Waco texas is amazing!! We love you people and thoroughly loved being with you! We hope to see you all soon. Thanks for the amazing energy and support you had in supporting both us and the Lilly Haas family!
3/1/08.... Can you say best show Comanche has seen!? We had some little problems but the live sound was excellent and is still slowly getting better! All the bands there were great and we would love to see them all again! Royal Line closed us out with an amazing show and tons of energy. We made good friends with all the new bands that visited for the first time. From the feedback we heard everyone liked the show but dont forget...the next one will be better! BE THERE!!
2/22/08.... Tonight was tight! All the dudes there were great. All bands were stinkin good. Memphis May Fire killed followed by My Brother In Arms who also tore it up! If you didnt make it, you missed an all around amazing show with tons of amazing music! Be there next time! GOT IT!
2/9/08.... Im gonna attempt to explain what happened tonight! Ok so we play our set and the energy was amazing, we seem to be gettin used to how this works....everything was excellent. THEN!!!!! Tons of people showed up...like 20 or 30 and chanted for us to play again! The bought all the demos we had with us plus gave donations!!! So we're like ok ok we'll play some more songs for ya.... We say people between the ages of 30-60 headbanging and screaming and i think some moshed!!!!! NO EXAGERATION!!!! We have a new biggest fan! Pete, age 60 something was throwing it down like nobodys business and bought like 5 cd's lol!!!!! Incredible night... If you wanna see, Pete is in our pictures!!!!!
2/2/08....Haha ....awesome!!!! Our best show so far...and biggest....all the people were great bands to fans! 1/14/08/....Alright! So! We had our first out of town show this weekend in Brady, Texas! This show was also the last show of Michael our guitarist. (Read the story in blog) We have added a new member Chase Harper, former Shotgun Serenade guitarist. We have big plans and goals for this band so do expect alot of shows...we do! Also we should be gettin our master copy of the demo any day now. Those will go on sell at every show and anytime you want one ask us how to get it. They will be $5 meaning $1 per song..not bad at all huh. Check out our upcoming shows and be sure to clear the schedule to be there. Love you guys!
12/16/07.... Amnesty Falls gets home from Bedroom Studios in San Antonio and from recording their first ever...recording! "Behind The Shadows" releases January 1st. This demo is the beggining to what Amnesty Falls believes to be one of many new and exciting things. The demo release show is on january 1st here in our home town so be sure to be there and support us and help us with our interesting travel of brutally worshiping a gentle God. The new year brings alot of shows to the schedule so be sure to check dates and get somewhere to see us! God Bless
11/18/07.... Yes we changed the band name again....there was alot of disagreeing with the last name. We also wanted to find one that really fits us and after many name choices and ideas we got this...Amnesty Falls... we dont care if you do or dont like it lol we finally agree on it....for the meaning of it check out the blog!!!
10/27/07....Burns To Ash is on stage for the second time in their career. All the guys were amazing, they really stepped up from the first show and got the credit they deserve. Energy was amazing thanks to both band and fans. Burns To Ash got the job done and are making a name for themselves. All it took was one short prayer and He did all the rest. Thanks for coming! 10/5/07....Burns To Ash has their first show! I was impressed with everyones composure throughout the day! The show seemed to speak to some of the guys making this seem real to them and not just a fun thing to do when you get a chance but maybe a calling! God kept his hand on us all night and gave us the chance to give the people of Comanche the good time that they needed!
9/22/07....Burns To Ash books their very first show with hopes that its one of many! We're opening for a great band called Look To The Sky. We look up to these guys for advice and any kind of trouble we have and respect them greatly. Apparently we were all excited, so excited that the same night R.J got a cd broken over his knee, Jake got stabbed by a cd case, Weav. got punched in the head by a man who looked like a monkey, and Garrett got hit in the face with a soccer ball. Dont ask just laugh!
9/4/07.... There was some confusion lately about the band name. No one could deside if they wanted to keep it or get a new one. So we came up with a few we like and posted it for the fans to choose. The winner was "Burns To Ash". This name refers to our sin and dark parts of our lives. We should strive daily to burn the life out of our sin for it is the only way we can grow closer to Him.
9/3/07.... Garrett and Weaver were on their way to weavers dads house. Well following the law and doing nothing wrong, they came to a curve in the road. It had been raining all day and the day before so the road was indeed wet. Weavers truck loses control and skids sideways across the other lane into a yard and into a tree. The tree and truck met right at Garretts door! Amazing part is... I (Garrett) got out with nothing but a little headache where my head slammed into the window. No scratch, cut, or anything broken. From the looks of the totaled vehicle I should probably be in the hospital. Proof that God is a loving God!
9/2/07.... RJ goes out in girly top and tight girl pants (Garrett's sisters) into Allsups and proceeds to buy a loli-pop....when we first arrived there were 2 cars total...by the time rj was coming out, there were around 12! While in there he heard phrases such as: faggot, oh my god, woah, and haha mr loli pop boy! only a couple of people knew what was happening...by the end of the night he recieved random messages asking about his dress! Earlier this day (RJ's day) he sprinted across the city park at deer in the rain in only his underwear....his weiner fell out the little whole in the front....this caused running issues!
