About Me

I started this business in 2006,we've been told that we have the best ribs in Oklahoma.. i know quite a reputation to uphold huh lol. thats no problem the secret is consistancy and as long as we keep that we'll be around for a long time. don't have a website yet but i plan on getting one started soon as well as an actual walk in restaraunt but for now i'll gladly deliver it to ya or you can swing by and pick it up. I just love to cook its always been a passion of mine. its wonderful knowing that people are actually enjoying the food you've prepared, cooking indeed is a science and an art. i encourage everyone to take it up and start creating. Just don't get too good cuz everyone will expect you to cook all the time lol.:) I'm all about friends and family and teaching my kids about their irish heritage, i have cookouts often,smoked boudain is awesome especially when you kick it up with an injection of hot sauce ooooh yeah mmmm mmm good. but i can't forget colcannon, potato farls, boxty, to me theres nothing better than seeing the smiles on your guests face when they're grubbin down on the food you've cooked. i also enjoy teaching people how to prepare food and how to cook. now there's a difference between preparing food and cooking, anyone can prepare food but not too many can cook. I'm Proud to have the irish blood line, and look forward to one day going to ireland to search my heritage, there's something about those rolling green hills and blue water that sets me at peace. and i like to drink alot! i probably got that from my ancestors lol.

Other chefs, cooks and restaraunt owners.. basically those who share the same passion as i do. grilling and providing quality food for everyone to enjoy...... oh and i wouldn't mind meeting some of the stars from foodnetwork like Emiril to name one, and yes chef ramsey also. if i don't put him down he'll probably cuss me heh heh :) just kidding chef ;) i'd also like to meet anyone from ireland ya never know we may be related
