The Rail Riders

About Me

The Rail Riders have been playing together for over a year now. The Original line up consisted of Stephen , Meredith , Brook , and there long time friend Alec Dosockil who played guitars as well. After some time and playing a multitude of shows Alec left the band, for personal reasons, his dream wasnt to become a rockstar, but to fly. The band supported him 100% of the way, and now thats what hes dong. After Alec left, the band looked for awhile for another guitarist and instead found a key player. Adam Garvin was heard playing with a combo and was asked to join. At first Adam played alot of piano , after a short time and a few shows he shifted his sound not only to incorporate piano, but to include a heavier fuller organ and PAD sound. Later on toward the end of 2008 Bryan Dolan began playing guitars with the band and has fitted in perfectly. The band is working on playing a tour around Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana , and Michigan, and also on an album coming out sometime in Feburary. On "Now That I've Got You" Lyrics are Written by Cierra-Rae Klaum and Stephen Bergeron , vocals by Stephen Bergeron and Cierra-Rae Klaum.I got my layout at CleanupMyspace.com | Get Myspace Layouts

Sounds Like: The Rail Riders are the perfect marriage of Funk/Rock and Rythemic Blues laced with a jazz and fusion undertone that mezmerizes fans and other musicians alike. Stephen's soulful lyrics and funk inspired guitar licks and rythmes, along side Bryan's melodic tones and solos, Adam's rock N' Roll style and chord structures, Meredith's bass lines rooted in jazz, and Brooke's heavily syncopated beats give the songs a life of there own, and a unique sond you can't find anywhere else.
