I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Where to start... Well, I was raised in West Texas, so my loyalty will always be here. I'm not as active as I'd like to be, but I've actually started on fixing that. I like to do some outdoor activities, but I can't say I'm the best at them; but I do have fun, so I guess that counts for something. People say I have a good sense of humor, but I can be very sarcastic at times. If you set yourself up for a shot, I'll probably take it. I don't have a very large selection of friends, but the ones I do have I know I can depend on if/when the time comes. I like to go to clubs, toss back a few beers, and dance around and play the fool if the atmosphere is right. More to follow...
Your EQ is 147
50 or less: Thanks for answering honestly. Now get yourself a shrink, quick!
51-70: When it comes to understanding human emotions, you'd have better luck understanding Chinese.
71-90: You've got more emotional intelligence than the average frat boy. Barely.
91-110: You're average. It's easy to predict how you'll react to things. But anyone could have guessed that.
111-130: You usually have it going on emotionally, but roadblocks tend to land you on your butt.
131-150: You are remarkable when it comes to relating with others. Only the biggest losers get under your skin.
150+: Two possibilities - you've either out "Dr. Phil-ed" Dr. Phil... or you're a dirty liar. What's Your EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient)?

I've been too long, I'm glad to be back"
Things sometimes get really crazy for you, and sometimes you have to get away from all the chaos.
But each time you stage your comeback, it's even better than the last! What's Your Theme Song?

My Interests

Well, don't have much time to do anything major during the week, but when the weekend rolls around, I like to go clubbing (what ever is available in West Texas), paintball, and hang with my kids.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone and everyone that doesn't feel the need to 'be fake'. I can understand that the first impression is the lasting one, but if you start off with a lie, then it will only go downhill from there (trust me, I know).

Music:

I pretty much can at least tolerate everything, but the main genres I listen to would have to be Country and Tejano/Norteno (typical West Texas boy, I guess).

Movies:

Action, Comedy, Horror, Drama, the so-called 'chick-flick'... don't matter to me as long as the plot is good, and the company I'm with is enjoyable. Anything with Harrison Ford in it is good; Sean Connery does some good ones, as well.

Television:

Who has the time? When I'm able to catch some TV, I'll either be watching CSI, Wrestling (the best damn male soap opera ever) and, of all things... CARTOON NETWORK, BABY!!!

Books:

I mostly read sci-fi and comedies. Life itself is too serious... why the hell do I want to read about it as well?
