Harmony

I grew up in a small town in Colorado and had an amazing childhood. I come from a very close family and wouldn't trade them for the world... MOst of the time. Just kidding. All through middle and highschool I was a cheerleader and later became a cheerleading coach. Growing up, I knew I someday wanted to be a hairdresser. I was always the one with the crazy hair and the one chasing family and friends with a comb and scissors. So, after graduating highschool. That's what I did. I went to school to get my license so I could actually get paid for my creativity! For about 9 years I was with the same company and thought I loved it. I did I suspose. If not for a great begining, I might not know what I know today. Recently I left, and am now at a place that makes my heart sing everytime I walk through the door. Definately a breath of fresh air! I have a beautiful daughter who is 10 years old. Though I am not with her everyday, I learn from her all of the time. She has the most amazing spirit and the biggest heart. I thank God for her everyday. I currently live in Tucson, Arizona, but have spent time living in Newport Beach, San Francisco, and Dallas. All lovely places to live but, Tucson just feels like home. Life for me has definately not been easy, those who truly know me would agree. There are days I feel as if the world is closing in on me, and moments... many moments when I know it never will. I am at a place right now that is truly ground breaking and life changing. Over the past few months I have had more than one of those moments where you feel like you just can't make it. Things that I swore could never happen to me, have and did. At the time I wanted to give up... Thankfully I do have an amazing family, and have finally learned the meaning of "best friends".
