A banda de Heavy/Thrash Metal brasileira WARSELF, formada no Rio de Janeiro em 2005, traz um som agressivo e melódico, mesclando as mais diversas influências do metal tradicional, como Black Sabbath, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Halford, Megadeth, com originalidade e ousadia, demonstradas em suas apresentações ao vivo. Mantendo a mesma formação desde 2006, a banda trabalha em suas letras a dualidade do caráter humano, seus medos, suas duvidas bem como sua relação com a polÃtica e religião que o cerca, procurando afirmar que a única saÃda para um equilÃbrio consigo mesmo seria encontrando e entendendo o propósito de Deus para a vida. Nos shows, é possÃvel perceber a energia Heavy/Thrash nos olhos de cada um dos integrantes, que com muita garra mantém firma a chama do underground brasileiro. Warself, is a Brazilian Heavy/Thrash Metal Band wich was formed in Rio de Janeiro back in 2005. The band has a agressive and yet melodic kind of approach to its music in the kinds of Black Sabbath, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Halford, Megadeth, with originality and a lot of courage wich are demonstrated in the band's live perfomances. With the same line up since 2006, the band writes about the duality of the human carachter, its fears, its doubts as well as its relation ship with politics and religion that surrounds us, looking make a statement that the only way to be in peace with yourself is to find and understand God's intention twoards life. At the gigs you can actually fell the Heavy/Thrash energy in the eyes of each band members and with much hard work keeps the flame of the Brazilian underground alive. In its recent debut, the Brazilian group shows guitars riffs fixed in melodics solos and in a ritimic base, to the style of the traditional metal, leaving for the guitars the thrashs bases of the songs. ..
