Redhorse

This band was originally formed,in 1991, to fight Vanilla Ice's act of stealing the musical line from the Bowie/Queen song, 'Under Pressure'... Performing songs such as 'Puffed Rice Baby', 'Mean Song' (Stealing the guitar line from Barracuda), and a half hour rendition of 'Foxy Lady'. Regardless, we played anyway, our set consisted pretty much of a half hour set of free form crap (the Grateful Dead, would have been....ahhhh....gratetful...). After a couple of years of not actually playing any songs, we actually had an epiphany to start writing songs. With a few songs under our belt, and some booze in our bellies, and two additional yellers were ready to roll (rock). This was the catalyst for our sextet of caliginous cacophony to become a unrestrainted tempest in the penta-county area seated in the loins of Shawano, WI... Headquartered, and occasionally enjoyed at the Blue Moon Saloon, a local area favorite of Sin and Debauchery, playing with some of the best bands ever known to man.... Redhorse continued forward (WI state motto), and unleash unbridled havoc over the next three years... The name Redhorse is still alive in the hearts of millions, as it is now, a folktale to scare children.
