Leonardo & Serena first met in the year 2000. In the year 2004 formed a Audio/Visual group called "Luther Blisset" with another guy called Alessandro. They were selected for the 12° edition of the Biennale of the young artist of Europe and of Mediterranean (BJCEM) with the video "Sub_Liminal".
In the 2005 Leonardo & Serena formed the group "Karas", name derived from the latin name for the gold fish (carassius auratus). They have two gold fishes double tail, Larsen & Galileo.
Karas study the interaction between sound and video using live media.
They partecipated at the International Biennale of Architecture of Venice in the 2006 and at the International Biennale of Art of Venice in the 2007 with the live performance "Antimateria".
