M I WHITE has alot in common with many of the 1990's gangsta rappers....she grew up in a middle class home and is college educated.
MCB started rapping in the Detroit, Michigan area in 1986. He and fellow rapper, Donnie D., formed the rap group, Zig-Zag. They released a record, which featured the regional hit, "We're Going To Heaven On Bus Number Eleven". MCB & Donnie D. disbanded Zig-Zag in 1988. MCB then journeyed back to the Boston, Massachusetts area. He released a solo album, which featured the regional hit, "Love Me". In 1990, MCB decided to form a rap band....a rapper, guitarist, bassist and drummer. Unfortunately, nobody believed in this vision. MCB was ridiculed and nobody wanted any part of it. Years later, rap/rock groups were all the rage and made millions of dollars.
