The Case Against formed last year in 2007. Orginally started as a one off band for the gregory terrace battle of the bands, it soon turned into a proper band. After the battle of the bands, Jordan and Lewis found 2 new members to replace the singer, bass and rhythm guitar that we needed after battle of the bands. Since then we have been writing our own originals and as you can see we have recorded some.
