Dir en grey the best band in the world won number 1 metal music video on Mtv 2's headbangers ball. They beat all those crappy American bands and they deserve it. Like I said before and I'm going to say it again, DIR EN GREY IS AN ACQUIRED TASTE, AND HEARING THE WRONG SONGS FIRST WILL MAKE YOU QUICKLY JUDGE THEM!!! They have every style from soft rock to death metal, to beautiful ballads to hard rock. Don't be quick on judging unless you have heard a number of songs.
